VIG Makina is a family company which was established in 1991 by Vedat Gungoren and Inci Gungoren. It continues to serve its customers with innovations and technologic applications in machine manufacturing factory in Gebze. All VIG Paint systems are designed specifically for meeting product’s paint and surface finish requirements and presenting economically suitable solutions while protecting the high quality.
Our factory in Gebze has 15.000 m2 total area whose 5.000 m2 is closed. There is another manufacturing factory in Izmir with 2.500 m2 total area whose 1.300 m2 is closed.
We also have another company in Poland called EuroVIG. We supply technical service with this company to foreign countries.
The biggest priority of our paint systems is ensuring the most suitable environment and conditions by filtering the paint particles that was occurred while painting. The paint mud that was occurred in water filtered booths was taken by drying the mud by centrifugal forces therefore avoiding the environmental pollution. Regardless of outdoor environmental conditions, VIG paint systems guarantee the quality of the application by providing the required temperature, air flow and humidity ratio.

Among these facilities, the biggest cataphoresis facility of Turkey was established by our company. We have also established the first robotic sand blasting facility in Turkey.
For continuation of our works, we have started to run for establishing an R&D department and Production Centre. We will execute our development activities about the paint and sand blasting systems in this R&D facility. In that facility which we will equip robotic technology with, we will be able to make researches with new technologies about painting and treating the parts according to our customer’s requirements.
